VIRTUAL & IN PERSON THERAPY

We also offer virtual counselling and psychotherapy across Ontario by telephone or secure video. Virtual care can be a convenient option for clients seeking flexibility, privacy, or easier access to support from home, work, or another comfortable environment. We offer in-person counselling and psychotherapy at both of our office locations: • St. Thomas • London In-person sessions can be especially helpful for clients who prefer face-to-face connection and a more traditional therapy setting.

PLAY THERAPY

We also offer yoga-based and somatic therapy, a holistic, body-centred approach that integrates psychotherapy with breathwork, movement, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. This approach recognizes that stress, trauma, and emotional pain can also be held in the body. By focusing on physical sensations, body awareness, and nervous system responses, yoga-based and somatic therapy can support: • trauma healing • release of stored tension and emotions • reduced anxiety and overwhelm • improved emotional regulation • deeper mind-body connection • greater sense of grounding and safety This work can be especially supportive for clients seeking a more embodied approach to healing that goes beyond talk therapy alone.

WALK & TALK THERAPY

For clients who feel more comfortable outdoors, we offer walk and talk therapy as an alternative to traditional office-based sessions. This approach can feel more natural, grounding, and less formal, while still providing meaningful therapeutic support. It may be especially helpful for clients who find movement, fresh air, and time in nature supportive to their healing process.
