about

Our Stress Management & Parenting Expert

Feeling stuck can be so hindering. You don’t know where to start or how to engage the change you need in your life. The struggles in your marriage, finances, work or career aspirations lead you down a path of self-criticism. You feel like you have lost yourself and have no idea how to get back to that version of yourself you once knew. When you finally get a moment of silence, perhaps when you’re going to bed your head is spinning around what can make your life better. Your worries revolve around having stability while being spread thin, feeling over worked and under appreciated.

You want to be happy, feel less stressed and more satisfied with your life. I can offer you an emotionally safe environment, where you can feel heard without judgment. I will share my ideas and observations regarding your challenges and thoughts. We will uncover information you may have not noticed, that will be crucial to creating the change you need.

I’m a down to earth person with a relaxed/flexible approach. I’ve been in your shoes and I know what it’s like to be on the other side of therapy. I have my own flaws and issues. No one is perfect and no one is more informed on your life than you are! My job is to understand all parts of you, and support your journey towards balance and wholeness.

Supports

First responders, veterans, frontline staff, health practitioners, caregivers, families, parents. For new and expecting parents, I offer in- home therapy sessions, recognizing the challenges of leaving the house during these crucial times.

Specializations

My focus is solution and goal-oriented therapy that empowers you to navigate new roles and life transitions with confidence and ease. Counselling does not always need to be about your past, rehashing the same issues over and over or how it defines you. Focusing on the present and future solutions rather than past struggles can be the change you are missing.
